Just after I got mine my mum complained every time she was coming to stop at a junction the car would beep and the display would say hill start assist not available. At the time I said mine isnโt doing it however mine followed the same pattern and about 10 days in I started getting the message. It doesnโt happen every time I drive the car
If it is a dead battery, it's strange that the exterior lights work, but no dashboard switches work. Going to put it on a charger now and if it's still messed up tomorrow, I will have it towed to the dealer. 1. Dead battery, with a pretty weird failure mode. Or, 2. Dash shorted out and needs a major overhaul. The dashboard lights have stopped aswell as the centre console lights and my number plate lights. All my lights work apart from n.o lights. Them lot run through a 7.5a fuse, ive checked that and hasn't blown, replaced it anyway and still doesn't work, ive checked the connection on the back of the fuse box which is good, also replaced my number
If there's something wrong with the door mechanism internally, it will require recovery of the A/C and coolant system, removal of entire dash assembly to access and remove the heater suitcase to perform the repairs. 1 2.
