My 335d has full deletes: downpipe, tune, full exhaust, egr race pipe w/ coolant block offs. My x5d for now will just get the egr race pipe w/ coolant block offs and the egr valve secured to the side till my downpipe comes in among other things like the intercooler, vacuum system parts, Harmonic Dampener, clutched alt pulley, new belts, and thermostat & water pump.Check line and plug connections. 2. If wires and plug connections are OK: 3. Check the changeover valve for function with the functional check. 4. Check the coolant temperature after low temperature EGR cooler for plausibility. If the previous checks are OK: Renew changeover valve. Installing an EGR delete kit reduces costs on repairs and fuel costs, as well as decreases soot deposits that an EGR valve produces. Disabling it prevents harmful contaminants from being reintroduced back into the engine, resulting in problems. When the engine’s performance increases, so does the fuel economy.
2003 E53 3.0 [0.00] 2006 E90 325i [0.00] I don't have TestO working yet but my borascope camera came in. Here are a couple of videos of the EGR while driving and the boost is bouncing around. The first is a 0 - 40 MPH. The 2nd going up a bridge at 80 mph. The EGR recall mentions new DDE software is needed.

Over the past 6 months or so I've noticed a drop in highway mpg from 31-32 to approx 25-26. After checking out a number of forum discussions (particularly bimmerfest and some European 335d forums), I thoughtLow Pressure EGR Problem. So the dealer came up with 2 recommendations.
