Just set up the remote with the harmony app on your PC and tell it your TV is the LG C9 and it's just there in the devices LG TV, go into that find IN-START and press that and it asks for the code, it's 0413 and it's on the bottom of the first row on the set as UTT. Release the buttons once the menu appears on the TV screen. For example, some TV models might ask you for a password. The password code 0000 will work with most TVs.
